Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) seeks a Shift Manager to oversee QSCH, guest service, and daily restaurant operations. You will handle opening/closing procedures, floor leadership during peak hours, cleanliness and equipment upkeep, and delivering consistent hospitality to guests.

You will manage a team, conduct regular meetings, recognize performers, and drive local marketing efforts to build guest loyalty and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures to ensure store readiness and QSCH checklist execution.
• Lead floor operations during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas, and store exterior as applicable.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience and meet product quality standards.
• Professionally resolve guests' concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage closing shift procedures and store checks to prepare for the next day.
• Lead restaurant operations during shifts to ensure excellent performance.
• Foster a positive, empowering work environment and strong team relationships.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Develop loyalty by attracting guests to return and bring friends/family.
• As part of the Management Team, hold regular store-wide meetings to review operations and results.

Education
