• Manage the floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior areas.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and setup for next day operations.
• Drive local marketing programs to foster guest loyalty and repeat visits.

Education

Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
