Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• QSCH Management: Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure store is prepared per the QSCH Restaurant Checklist.
• QSCH Management: Lead to ensure the store team is ready for the shift.
• Floor Management: Ensure excellent service and hospitality during peak hours.
• Cleanliness & Equipment: Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of all areas and equipment.
• Guest Experience: Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience and maintain quality standards.
• Guest Resolution: Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Closing Procedures: Manage closing shift procedures and store checks for next day setup.
• Operational Leadership: Lead the restaurant during shifts to achieve excellent operations.
• People Development: Nurture a work environment that empowers team members.

Education
