• Lead the floor during peak hours to ensure excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas, and equipment.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience.
• Resolve guests' concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage closing shift procedures and store readiness for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant to consistently achieve excellent operations.
• Foster a positive, empowering work environment and develop staff.
