Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure proper QSCH checklist execution.
• Lead floor operations to deliver excellent service during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience.
• Resolve guests’ concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Manage closing shift procedures and store readiness for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to ensure consistently excellent operations.
• Foster a work environment that motivates team members and builds positive relationships.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat visits.

Education

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or related field
