Job summary

Megaworld Corporation is seeking an entry-level Shared Services Specialist for on-site roles in Eastwood, Quezon City or McKinley Hill, Taguig City. You will respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely updates and resolutions.

The role requires a 2PM–12AM midshift, strong communication and CRM familiarity, and a bachelor’s degree. Fresh graduates with BPO exposure are welcome to apply and join a growing customer service team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• Fresh graduate with BPO experience is a plus.
• At least 6 months of customer service/BPO experience.
• Familiarity with CRMs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Description:

This is a entry level, full-time, on-site role for a Shared Services Specialist who will be assigned in various offices in Eastwood, Quezon City or McKinley Hill, Taguig City. The Shared Services Specialist is responsible for responding to customer interactions and resolve actionable issues within the allotted time frame depending on the issue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly.
• Provide clients with timely updates and feedback regarding the status of their inquiries.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of residential client requests and effective resolution of complaints.
• Document all interactions using a ticket reference number, provide regular status updates, and ensure the timely closure of each transaction.

Qualifications:

• A graduate with a Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course.
• Fresh graduate with prior work experience in BPO is a plus.
• At least 6 months of work experience in the customer service industry/BPO experience is a plus.

• Strong willingness to work on a midshift schedule (2PM - 12AM), weekends, and/or holidays.
