Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an entry-level Shared Services Specialist/Customer Service Representative for on-site roles in Eastwood, Quezon City or McKinley Hill, Taguig City. You will respond to customer interactions and resolve actionable issues within standard timeframes.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, updating clients on status, collaborating with departments, and documenting interactions using ticket references.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 6 months of work experience in the customer service industry/BPO experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRMs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work midshift schedule (2PM - 12AM), weekends, and/or holidays.

This is aentry level, full-time, on-site role for a Shared Services Specialist/Customer Service Representative who will be assigned in various offices in Eastwood, Quezon City or McKinley Hill, Taguig City. The Shared Services Specialist is responsible for responding to customer interactions and resolve actionable issues within the allotted time frame depending on the issue.
