Job summary

Megaworld Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level Shared Services Specialist/Customer Service Representative to join our on-site teams in Eastwood, Quezon City or McKinley Hill, Taguig. This full-time role focuses on responding to customer interactions and resolving issues within SLAs.

Key duties include serving as the client contact, handling inquiries, collaborating with departments, providing updates, maintaining reports, and generating ticket references.

Qualifications

• A graduate with a Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course.
• At least 6 months of work experience in the customer service industry/BPO is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRMs.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on a midshift schedule (2PM - 12AM), weekends, and/or holidays.
• Willing to be assigned in Eastwood City/McKinley Hill, Taguig.

This is a (entry level), full-time, on-site role for a Shared Services Specialist/Customer Service Representative who will be assigned in various offices in Eastwood, Quezon City or McKinley Hill, Taguig City. The Shared Services Specialist is responsible for responding to customer interactions and resolve actionable issues within the allotted time frame depending on the issue.
