Position Overview

We are seeking professional, customer-focused, and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Retail Account in McKinley, Taguig.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for college graduates and career starters, as previous BPO or non-BPO work experience is not required.
