Job summary

Megaworld Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level Shared Services Specialist/Customer Service Representative to join our on-site teams in Eastwood, Quezon City or McKinley Hill, Taguig. This full-time role focuses on responding to customer interactions and resolving issues within SLAs.

Key duties include serving as the client contact, handling inquiries, collaborating with departments, providing updates, maintaining reports, and generating ticket references.

Qualifications

• A graduate with a Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course.
• At least 6 months of work experience in the customer service industry/BPO is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRMs.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on a midshift schedule (2PM - 12AM), weekends, and/or holidays.
• Willing to be assigned in Eastwood City/McKinley Hill, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly.
• Provide clients with timely updates and feedback regarding the status of their inquiries.
• Maintain and update monitoring reports.
• Prepare ticket reference number in all transactions received.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
