Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and finding the best solution
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary

Qualifications
