Job summary

ProV International Philippines is seeking an experienced ServiceNow DevOps Engineer/Developer to implement, administer, upgrade and enhance ServiceNow applications used across IT, Finance, Master Data, Supply Chain, Payroll and HR. You will join a DevOps team and work with stakeholders in planning sessions and sprints to deliver effective solutions.

The role requires ITIL awareness, strong scripting and integration skills, and the ability to support deployment cycles, test plans and release

Qualifications

Experience implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions (4–6 years).
Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XHTML, LDAP/Active Directory.
Experience with Service Portal, Knowledge Base, MID Server, SSO (Azure AD/SAML), Discovery, and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze customer requirements.
Design solutions and write user stories capturing the vision for work efforts.
Develop and update ServiceNow functionality following ITIL standards and best practices.
QA, deployment, and release management across the platform.
Maintain tests, scripts and support system testing (system, regression, performance).
Provide ongoing support and address issues, defects, and service requests; document policies and controls.
Lead meetings or calls with stakeholders and support teams; communicate clearly.
