Job summary

vCustomer Philippines, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Engineer responsible for engineering, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform to ensure reliability, security, scalability, and performance.

You will support platform roadmaps and technical designs defined by Product Owners and Architects. The role acts as a key technical resource for platform operations, upgrades, integrations, automation, and enablement, collaborating with solution teams to

Qualifications

Experience administering and supporting ServiceNow platforms.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, application configuration, and integrations.
Experience with platform upgrades, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of security controls, authentication, and access management.
Experience with scripting and automation technologies such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Python.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain ServiceNow production and non-production environments.
Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and capacity.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related incidents and technical issues.
Perform platform upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities.
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
Support Single Sign-On (SSO), identity management, and external authentication services.
Implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, emerging capabilities, and industry best practices.
