Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Architect in Metro Manila to deliver functional and technical expertise for planning, analyzing, and supporting ServiceNow implementations.

You will design, build, and configure applications across ITSM/ITOM and other modules, working within an agile environment to create value on diverse projects. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture experience and familiarity with platform

Qualifications

1 year or more experience on ServiceNow development/architecture.
Experience with ServiceNow product lines such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM.

Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the implementation of ServiceNow products or group of applications
Facilitate impact assessment efforts in producing and reviewing estimates and solutions for client work requests
Design, build and configure ServiceNow applications
Work with an agile mindset to create value across ServiceNow projects of multiple scopes and scale
