Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with strong ServiceNow administration.
• Proven upgrades, performance tuning, monitoring, and security experience.
• Hands-on SSO with SAML and OpenID Connect.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure AD and other enterprise systems.
• Familiar with architecture and admin best practices for enterprise ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting large ServiceNow environments.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator/Engineer to join our IT Operations & Foundation team. This role is responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, scalability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform while supporting enterprise-wide business operations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to platform enhancements, manage integrations, and play a key role in maintaining a secure and high-performing ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow production and non-production instances.
• Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and access controls.
• Monitor platform performance and perform tuning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related incidents and issues.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute ServiceNow upgrades.
• Maintain platform security, hardening, and compliance standards.
• Support developers with configuration guidance and best practices.
• Implement and maintain integrations with enterprise systems.
• Validate technical designs and integration requirements.
• Ensure platform stability, availability, and data integrity.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow Administration expertise.
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow upgrades, performance tuning, monitoring, and platform security.
• Hands-on experience implementing SSO using SAML and OIDC.
