Job summary

ProV International (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations and ongoing enhancements across IT, HR, and Finance modules.

You will implement, upgrade, and customize ServiceNow while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a DevOps setting. You should bring 6-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong scripting (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular), ITIL knowledge, and relevant ServiceNow certifications.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, AJAX, XHTML, LDAP/Active Directory, and other web applications or protocols.
• Experience with Service Portal/ESC, Knowledge Base, MID Server Deployment & Config, SSO (Azure AD/SAML), Discovery, Asset/Software Asset Management, Workflows, Notifications, Reports, Dashboards, Flow Designer, and Integration with third-party tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer requirements.
• Specify features and write stories to capture the vision for work efforts.
• Adhere to ITIL standards and ServiceNow best practices when developing or updating functionality.
• Build or supervise building of features.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts; modify as needed.
• Support all aspects of testing including system, regression, performance, and load tests.
• Maintain platform configuration and apply patches and upgrades.
• Ensure issues and service requests are tracked and updated.
• Identify opportunities to automate and enhance end-user experiences.
• Provide daily monitoring of system processes, resources, and performance.
