Job summary

ATOS Information Technology Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer – ServiceNow to design, develop, and maintain our ServiceNow platform infrastructure. This full-time role focuses on delivering scalable solutions and ensuring peak performance across global deployments.

You will lead platform upgrades, monitor health, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders while upholding security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in platform engineering, systems administration, or related roles within enterprise environments.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and customisation.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, IT operations, and IT service delivery modules.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Groovy for platform automation and integration.
• Solid understanding of database management, API development, and system integration principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualisation technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code principles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM) and data protection.
