Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Makati, Philippines is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer/Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations, administration, upgrades and enhancements of ServiceNow across IT, HR, Finance, and other modules. You will work with cross-functional teams, support end users, and drive DevOps-style development and release processes.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency with Java Scripting, HTML/CSS, Angular, AJAX, XHTML, LDAP/Active Directory, and other web applications or protocols.
• Experience with Service Portal/ESC, Knowledge Base, MID Server Deployment & Config, SSO using Azure AD/SAML, Discovery, Asset Management/Software Asset Management, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, and integrations with 3rd party tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer requirements.
• Specifies the features of the physical design and writes stories for work efforts.
• Adheres to ITIL standards and ServiceNow best practices when developing or updating functionality.
• Creates and maintains test plans and supports system testing including performance and load testing.
• Maintains platform configuration and applies patches and upgrades to keep the system current.
• Monitors system processes, resources and performance to ensure the platform runs effectively.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and support teams; mentor junior resources; lead meetings as needed.
• Daily/weekly/monthly team reporting and reporting on roots causes and service improvements.
