Job summary

This is a full-time position that will see you take on a strategic role within our engineering team, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Platform Engineering or related fields, strong ServiceNow administration, and experience with ITSM, cloud platforms, and scripting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure roles.
• Strong ServiceNow administration and platform support experience.
• Knowledge of ITSM, IT Operations, and Service Delivery.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, or Groovy scripting.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with platform upgrades, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation.
• ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification preferred.
