Atos is seeking a ServiceNow Developer focused on CRM and CSM to design, configure, and implement advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role emphasizes AI-powered automation, Now Assist GenAI Skills, and enterprise integrations to transform customer operations.

You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions, while adhering to best practices and security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development with CRM/CSM focus.
• Hands-on development experience in enterprise environments or consultancies.
• Strong understanding of customer service operations and CRM workflows.
• Experience with Now Assist GenAI Skills, AI Agents, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience implementing CMDB/CSDM aligned models and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow CRM/CSM solutions.
• Develop AI-powered customer workflow automation and integrations.
• Build and maintain applications using ServiceNow Studio and APIs.
• Implement and optimize omnichannel CRM workflows and knowledge bases.
• Participate in code reviews, governance, and platform upgrades.
