Job summary

ATOS Information Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and implement CRM/CSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on AI-powered automation and secure enterprise integrations.

You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and customer operations teams, work in a remote setup aligned to US time zones, and contribute to governance, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in CRM/CSM workflows and enterprise integrations.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with Now Assist GenAI, AI Agents, and AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow CRM and CSM solutions.
• Develop and enhance CSM workflows including Case Management and Omnichannel Support.
• Implement intelligent customer workflows using Now Assist GenAI and AI Agents.
• Build and maintain scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and external systems.
• Support platform upgrades, deployments, and post-production stabilization.
