Atos Group is recruiting a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions with a focus on AI-driven automation. You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable workflows leveraging Now Assist, GenAI, and enterprise integrations.

The role requires hands-on development experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or CSM modules, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with CI/CD, agile delivery, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

Seven-plus years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
Hands-on role as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise/consulting environments.
Expertise with JavaScript Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across enterprise modules and custom apps.
Implement intelligent workflows with Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, and AI-driven capabilities.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and enterprise systems.
Support deployments, UAT, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
