Qualifications

• 7+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong background in AI-powered workflow automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience in enterprise integrations and CMDB/CSDM implementations.
• Experience across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, or Custom Applications.
• At least 2 ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, CIS, AI/GenAI certifications).
