Job summary

ATOS Information Technology Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer - CRM, AI & Intelligent Workflow Automation to design, configure, and develop advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on CSM, CRM workflows, and AI-driven automation.

You will work on Case Management, Omnichannel Support, and Self-Service Portals, leveraging JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub to deliver digital workflow transformations for enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and CRM workflows.
• Experience with Case Management, Omnichannel Support, and Self-Service Portals.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise applications.
• Exposure to AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agents, or GenAI Skills.
• Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on CSM and CRM workflows.
• Implement AI-driven automation and digital workflow transformations.
• Integrate with enterprise applications via REST/SOAP.
