You will work with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure workflows, focusing on AI-powered automation, omnichannel engagement, and enterprise integrations within a remote-position framework aligned to US time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience focused on CRM/CSM
• Experience with intelligent workflow automation and enterprise integrations
• Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM and AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop CRM/CSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and enhance CSM workflows including case management and omnichannel engagement.
• Implement AI-powered customer workflows using Now Assist and GenAI.
• Develop integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Support platform upgrades, releases, and governance.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements.
