Atos is seeking a proficient ServiceNow Developer with strong CRM/CSM workflow expertise to design, configure, and build advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role emphasizes AI-powered automation, Now Assist GenAI Skills, AI Agents, and diverse integrations to improve customer operations.

The position is remote, aligned to US time zones, and requires hands-on development in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience focused on CRM/CSM workflows and AI-powered automation.
Hands-on development in enterprise or consulting environments.
Strong understanding of customer service operations and CRM workflow automation.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across CRM/CSM modules and custom apps.
Develop and enhance CSM workflows including Case Management and Omnichannel Engagement.
Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist GenAI Skills, AI Agents, and integrations.
Develop AI-powered customer support automation and conversational workflows.
Build and maintain scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio.
Integrate with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and external systems.
Support workflow orchestration across customer operations and enterprise apps.
Contribute to reusable CRM workflow accelerators and automation assets.
Participate in design workshops and technical discussions with client teams.
