Job summary

Atos is seeking a ServiceNow Developer focused on CRM and CSM to design, configure, and implement advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with architects, consultants, and stakeholder teams to deliver AI-powered automation, omnichannel engagement, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities include building CSM workflows, case management, knowledge management, and self-service portals, while ensuring best practices, security, and upgrade readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development with CRM/CSM focus.
• Hands-on developer in enterprise or consulting settings.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB/CSDM and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform across CRM, CSM, enterprise workflow modules, and custom applications.
• Develop and enhance CSM workflows including Case Management, Omnichannel Engagement, Knowledge Management, and self-service portals.
• Implement intelligent customer workflows using Now Assist GenAI, AI Agents, and related components.
• Develop AI-powered customer support automation and conversational workflow solutions.
• Build and maintain scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external systems.
• Support workflow orchestration across customer operations and enterprise apps.
• Participate in CMDB, CI lifecycle management, and CSDM-aligned service modeling initiatives.
