Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions with a focus on AI‑driven automation, Now Assist, and enterprise integrations. The role is permanent and remote, with working timing aligned to US time zones.

You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders, build scalable workflows, ensure security and best practices, and contribute to reusable accelerators. Previous CI/CD and DevOps experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents and Predictive Intelligence.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Implement intelligent workflows with Now Assist and GenAI.
• Develop integrations via REST/SOAP, Integration Hub and MID Server.
• Support deployments, UAT, hypercare and post-prod stability.
• Contribute to reusable accelerators and governance standards.
• Participate in design workshops and technical discussions.
