EastWest Bank is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee store operations in Quezon City. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, AMLC procedures, KYC records, and customer service excellence while guiding the team to meet profitability goals.

You will coordinate with Corporate Level and collaborate with various banking groups to ensure smooth processing, accurate reporting, and excellent customer experience in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably any Business or Accounting-related course
• With at least five (5) years supervisory experience in handling in branch operations

Responsabilités

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and AMLC requirements, including opening new accounts, monitoring, and reporting transactions, maintaining KYC records, updating customer information, issuing manager's checks, and managing remittances.
• Oversee and approve a variety of over-the-counter transactions beyond teller authority, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, manage time deposit placements, and aim for excellent customer experiences with efficient processing and error management.
• Ensure prompt acknowledgment, logging, reporting, and resolution of complaints, and verify the accurate completion of the complaint tracking register with all necessary information.
• Ensure accurate recording of daily store transactions based on Teller totals and documents, manage temporary accounts timely, and reconcile General Ledger balances with subsidiary ledgers/records.
• Assist in achieving Store's profitability target.
