East West Banking Corporation invites applications for a Service Manager in Quezon City to lead Store Operations onsite, supervise branch activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory and AMLC requirements while delivering excellent customer service.

You'll oversee a range of over-the-counter transactions, manage deposits and remittances, record daily activity, support multiple banking groups, and contribute to the store's profitability through effective leadership and process discipline.

Qualifications

• College graduate with preference for Business or Accounting-related course.
• Minimum five years supervisory experience in branch operations.
• Experience as Assistant Manager from banking sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to regulatory and AMLC requirements including opening accounts, monitoring, reporting, and maintaining KYC records.
• Oversee over-the-counter transactions beyond teller authority; ensure compliance, manage deposits, remittances, and loans.
• Process checkbook orders and unclaimed checks; handle bills, and support Corporate Banking, Wealth Management/Treasury, and Consumer groups.
• Acknowledge, log, and resolve complaints; keep the complaint tracking register up to date.
• Record daily store transactions, manage temporary accounts, and reconcile GL with ledgers; assist profitability targets.
