East West Banking Corporation is seeking an experienced Service Manager for its Quezon City store operations. This onsite role requires overseeing daily transactions, ensuring AMLC compliance, maintaining KYC records, and driving customer service excellence to meet profit goals.
The position targets professionals with strong supervisory experience in bank operations, preferably from similar roles in the banking sector.
Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably Business or Accounting-related.
- At least five (5) years supervisory experience in handling in-branch operations.
- Preferably Assistant Managers from banking with similar experience.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and AMLC requirements.
Responsabilités
- Ensure adherence to AMLC requirements, include opening new accounts, monitoring, reporting transactions, maintain KYC records.
- Oversee and approve over-the-counter transactions beyond teller authority; manage deposits, bills, loans, and remittances.
- Ensure prompt logging, reporting, and resolution of complaints with the complaint tracking register.
- Record daily store transactions, reconcile ledgers, and support profitability targets.
- Assist in achieving the store’s profitability and service goals.
