East West Banking Corporation is seeking an experienced Service Manager in Makati to lead store operations onsite, ensuring compliant processes and strong customer service while helping meet profitability goals.

The role requires at least five years of supervisory experience in branch operations, with preference for candidates from banking institutions.Join a team focused on development and performance in a dynamic retail banking environment.

Qualifications

College graduate, preferably any Business or Accounting-related course.
With at least five (5) years supervisory experience in handling in branch operations.
Preferably Assistant Managers from another bank with the same experience.

Responsabilités

Ensure adherence to regulatory and AMLC requirements, including opening new accounts, monitoring, and reporting transactions, maintaining KYC records, updating customer information, issuing manager's checks, and managing remittances.
Oversee and approve a variety of over-the-counter transactions beyond teller authority, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, manage time deposit placements, and aim for excellent customer experiences with efficient processing and error management.
Ensure prompt acknowledgment, logging, reporting, and resolution of complaints, and verify the accurate completion of the complaint tracking register with all necessary information.
Ensure accurate recording of daily store transactions based on Teller totals and documents, manage temporary accounts timely, and reconcile General Ledger balances with subsidiary ledgers/records.
Assist in achieving Store's profitability target.
