Qualifications

• College graduate with business or accounting background.
• At least five years of supervisory experience in branch operations.
• Experience as an assistant manager from another bank is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to AMLC requirements, including opening accounts and KYC updates.
• Oversee OTC transactions, deposits, loans, and remittances with proper controls.
• Log, report, and resolve complaints and maintain accurate records.
• Record daily store transactions and reconcile ledgers with accuracy.
• Support store profitability targets and cross-functional banking groups.
