Qualifications

• Fluency in English (and local language) is required.
• Experience in luxury restaurant or 5* hotel environment preferred.
• Strong teamwork and guest-service orientation.
• Proven ability to lead a service team and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and uphold high service standards.

We are hiring for a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Pool Bar)

As a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Pool Bar), we rely on you to:

• Interact and engage with guests and maintain high quality service standards
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
• Consistently look for ways to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owner perspective
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the Service Manager, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc.
• Take responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant.
