Makati Shangri-La, Manila is seeking a Service Leader for the Food & Beverage Pool Bar to lead service excellence in a luxury hotel setting. You will engage guests, guide a team, and uphold top standards of hospitality while coordinating daily operations with the Service Manager.

Ideal candidates love F&B, enjoy guest interactions, and bring a collaborative, self-starting approach in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

As a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Pool Bar), we rely on you to:

• Interact and engage with guests and maintain high quality service standards
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
• Consistently look for ways to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owner perspective
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the Service Manager, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc.
• Take responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage

• Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
• A self-starter and a team player
