Job summary

Makati Shangri-La, Manila is inviting applications for a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Room Service) to lead guest interactions, inspire the team, and oversee daily Room Service operations in our luxury setting. You will collaborate with the Service Manager on forecasting, scheduling, and profitability evaluation while ensuring the restaurant's decor and atmosphere reflect the highest standards.

Fluency in English and the local language is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury restaurant or 5* hotel background preferred.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Able to lead a team and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Interact and engage with guests and maintain high quality service standards
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
• Consistently look for ways to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owner perspective
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the Service Manager, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc.
• Take responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant.

As a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Room Service), we rely on you to:

• Interact and engage with guests and maintainhigh quality service standards
