Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Perform initial vehicle inspections and document customer complaints accurately.
• Coordinate with EV technicians regarding diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and vehicle safety.
• Explain repair findings, recommended services, costs, and estimated completion times to customers.
• Prepare and communicate service estimates, repair orders, and invoices.
• Monitor the progress of vehicles in the workshop and keep customers updated.
• Recommend preventive maintenance and necessary repairs based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure proper handling of EV-specific safety procedures and high-voltage system concerns.
• Coordinate warranty claims, recalls, and service campaigns when applicable.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer information.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure completed vehicles meet quality and safety standards before delivery.
• Follow dealership/company policies, manufacturer procedures, and workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
• Basic to good knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
• Good organizational, time-management, and documentation skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management systems.
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, parts personnel, and management.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of electric vehicle systems, including batteries, electric motors, charging systems, regenerative
  braking, and thermal management.
• Understanding of basic high-voltage EV safety procedures.
• Familiarity with EV diagnostics and manufacturer service procedures is preferred.
• EV certification or training is an advantage.
