Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with EV diagnostics and manufacturer service procedures preferred.
• EV certification or training is an advantage.
• Willingness to continuously learn about new EV technologies and models.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Perform initial vehicle inspections and document customer complaints accurately.
• Coordinate with EV technicians regarding diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and vehicle safety.
• Explain repair findings, recommended services, costs, and estimated completion times to customers.
• Prepare and communicate service estimates, repair orders, and invoices.
• Monitor the progress of vehicles in the workshop and keep customers updated.
• Recommend preventive maintenance and necessary repairs based on manufacturer guidelines; ensure EV safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate warranty claims, recalls, and service campaigns when applicable.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer information.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure completed vehicles meet quality and safety standards before delivery.
• Follow dealership/company policies, manufacturer procedures, and workplace safety regulations.
