Job Description
Responsible for customer check-in and write ups.
To brief customer on the possible repair and/or tech briefing.
To prepare estimate for body repair for insurance coverage.
To prepare all documents necessary for insurance company requirements.
To update customer on the repair development of the vehicle.
To check quality on the repaired vehicle.
To check email from insurance company of approval of estimation.
Greet customers, listen to their service needs, and assess vehicle issues to provide appropriate recommendations.
Advise customers on necessary vehicle maintenance and repair services, explaining the process, costs, and timelines involved.
Create detailed service orders, including descriptions of customer concerns and technician findings, and estimate the cost of services.
Schedule service appointments and ensure efficient use of shop resources and technician time.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and services provided using dealership or service management software.
Communicate clearly with customers about repair progress, delays, or additional issues discovered during service.
Provide accurate and timely estimates for repairs and parts, and obtain customer approval before proceeding with work.
Collaborate with technicians and other staff members to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
Process customer payments and handle financial transactions, including preparing invoices and quotes.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after services are completed and to encourage repeat business.
Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.12. Training – you must attend all mandatory trainings initiated by higher management.
