Job summary

Citco seeks a Senior Vice President, Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement to lead the Operations data, reporting and platform agenda for Private Assets—setting requirements with IT and the Transformation Office, and delivering alongside them.

You will own the data and reporting roadmap, establish standards, and drive platform enablement across the team, coordinating with stakeholders and mentoring rotating colleagues through delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years’ experience in private assets or comparable financial services environment with exposure to data and platform initiatives.
• Proven delivery of data, reporting or platform programmes including requirements definition and UAT ownership.
• Strong knowledge of private assets accounting, data models, lineage, controls and reporting architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operations data and reporting roadmap, including data quality, lineage, ownership and reporting capability.
• Set out Operations’ requirements with IT and Transformation Office, then deliver alongside them.
• Lead platform enablement work, ensuring platform changes are specified, tested and adopted with Operations.
• Establish reporting standards and reusable data products, not one-off extracts.
• Provide data and evidence to quantify problems and measure benefits.
• Coordinate across Operations, IT, Transformation Office, Tactical Operations and Data Services.
• Lead and mentor focus area resources, including rotating colleagues joining from the business.
• Report progress, risks and benefits realisation to senior stakeholders.
