WNS Global Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Travel Operations Manager for its Eastwood site in Manila. The role requires deep expertise in Sabre or Amadeus, and a track record of leading large teams to deliver high‑quality corporate travel services.

You will manage key client relationships, oversee ticketing, exchanges and refunds, and drive operational excellence across 100+ headcounts. Willingness to travel to client sites and adapt to extended hours is required.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in Corporate Travel
• 5–10 years managerial experience
• Identify auto ticket reject reason
• Willing to travel across sites
• Flexible to WNS mandated working hours

Responsabilités

• Lead travel operations and manage large teams to deliver results.
• Oversee corporate ticketing, exchanges and refunds to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality.
