Job summary

WNS Global Services, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Team Lead to supervise a group of L2–Complex itinerary resources onsite at the Bridgetowne site.

You will serve as a ticketing SME, ensure KPI/SLA targets are met, deliver through people, and manage dashboards and reports in Excel for management reviews.

Strong collaboration and conflict management skills are essential for leading the team and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Corporate Travel account is required.
• Expertise in using GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus) is essential.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2–3 years in management within Corporate Travel or with GDS experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as ticketing SME to assist team as needed.
• Lead a team of L2 – Complex itinerary trained resources onsite.
• Achieve KPI/SLA targets for the process and the team.
• Deliver through people and supervise administrative functions.
• Experience in management and coordination for travel operations.
