Job summary

WNS Global Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Travel Operations Manager for its Eastwood site in Manila. The role requires deep expertise in Sabre or Amadeus, and a track record of leading large teams to deliver high‑quality corporate travel services.

You will manage key client relationships, oversee ticketing, exchanges and refunds, and drive operational excellence across 100+ headcounts. Willingness to travel to client sites and adapt to extended hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead travel operations and manage large teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Must be amenable to work 100% onsite in WNS Eastwood Site
• Proficient in multiple GDS platforms including Sabre and/or Amadeus,
• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of international ticketing, exchanges, and refunds
• Experienced in managing large teams at least 100 headcounts
• Strong managerial experience in Operations
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in spoken English
• Strong client management experience
• Must have experience in managing either retail, airline, or corporate travel accounts

• The candidate should have a minimum work experience of 1 – 5 yrs in Corporate Travel
• Must have 5-10 years managerial experience
• Candidate should have experience to identify the Auto Ticket reject reason
• Willing to travel across sites as well conduct client visit
• Willing to be flexible in addition to the WNS mandated working hours
