Job summary

WNS in the Philippines is seeking a Team Lead or Manager to guide operations teams, monitor performance, and drive results. You will coach subordinates, provide constructive feedback, and ensure monthly deliverables meet targets.

Candidates should have completed at least two years in college and at least two years of relevant experience in Operations, Training or Workforce leadership. Experience in Travel, Healthcare, Insurance or Financial accounts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations / Training / Workforce as Team Lead or Manager.
• Preferably with experience in Travel, Healthcare, Insurance or Financial Account.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams into achieving metric goals, complete monthly deliverable and tasks.
• Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates.
• Manage team performance.
• Performs administrative tasks for operational support.
