WNS Global Services in the Philippines is seeking an experienced leader to manage daily operations for a corporate travel account, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and meeting client goals. You will guide a team of L2 resources and act as the ticketing SME to drive performance and improvements.

The role requires strong GDS expertise (Sabre, Amadeus), proven people management, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Travel Account is required.
• Must have expertise in using GDS platforms Sabre and Amadeus.
• Experience in team management and leading others.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• 2–5 years of management experience in Corp Travel or GDS roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and meet client goals and requirements.
• Act as ticketing SME to assist team or intervene as needed
• Handling a team of L2 – Complex itinerary trained resources
• Responsible to achieve the KPI/SLA of the process for the team
