Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Transition Analyst to ensure readiness across HR, Technology, and Workplace Services for MBPS services. You will drive timely transitions and position receiving teams for operational excellence, working with Control Tower, Migration and Operations to implement changes.

The role emphasizes process review, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder management within a hybrid work arrangement in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Insurance, Financial Services and/or BPO industry, including 2-3 years of experience in Transition Management, Project Management or Transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Stakeholder management and facilitation.
• Process modeling and documentation.
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current (“As-Is”) processes and data flows, and capture future state (“To-Be”).
• Define actions to transform processes and align with milestones.
• Design test cases and validate To-Be against MBPS standards.
• Support end-user rollout and coordinate with development teams to meet business needs.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in creating project plans, tracking milestones, and managing deadlines.
• Collaborate with Control Tower, Migration and Operations to implement changes across the organization.
• Prepare management reports and KPI documentation for stakeholders.
