Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider seeking a Finance Transformation & Operational Excellence Sr. Consultant to join the Operational Excellence team at MBPS in Manila.

The role focuses on evaluating performance of consultants during project delivery and driving improvements. You will lead transformation initiatives, coordinate with offshore partners, and mentor leaders in Lean, Six Sigma and Agile practices while ensuring on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of experience leading process and performance improvement projects in finance, investments, actuarial, or retirement ops.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in management consulting and large transformation initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own & drive pipeline of Transformation & Operational Excellence initiatives within the assigned function(s).
• Ensure all projects delivered by the squad are of high quality, on time and within budget.
• Lead medium-sized, medium-risk, segment-specific transformation and/or process and performance improvement initiatives.
• Project or Program Manager for complex, high-risk, organization-wide transformation initiatives.
• Provide tactical direction to the project delivery team.
• Align with stakeholders and collaborate with offshore partners to deliver successful transformations.
