Job summary

VBP Back Office Solutions Inc. in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a Transition Analyst to support client migrations within the North region.

You will work with the Transition Manager to ensure a seamless transition and accurate data handling. Responsibilities include preparing transition packs, reviewing client reports, tracking transitions, and generating monthly meeting reports while collaborating with advisers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in financial services or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of Financial Planning market incl. Compliance, Platforms, Investments, Superannuation.
• Knowledge of adviser obligations and financial advice processes.
• Excellent relationship, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare transition packs for Transition Manager and meetings.
• Review and upload client analysis reports.
• Support management and tracking of transitions in North.
• Produce monthly practice meeting reports.
• Collaborate with Transition Manager and BDM/NDM for adviser transitions.
• Manage, track and escalate adviser administration queries.
