Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior People Rewards Analyst to join our People Operations team. You will leverage data and analytics to design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs with equity, compliance, and strategic impact.

You will conduct market pricing, participate in surveys, manage data across systems, and lead or support projects for total rewards while partnering with PeoplePartners, TA, and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or HR-related discipline.
• 3–5+ years in Compensation, Benefits or Total Rewards in a growth environment.
• Strong Excel/Sheets, HRIS, and survey tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing using surveys to ensure equity and competitiveness.
• Maintain total rewards data integrity and generate reports.
• Lead projects on new programs, system enhancements, and integrations.
