Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking a detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist to support compensation and benefits programs. You will help ensure pay equity, market competitiveness, and efficient benefits administration while aligning with our rewards strategy.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with salary benchmarking, HRIS systems, and a high level of discretion handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, business, psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards.
• Knowledge of benchmarking, salary structures, benefits administration, and HR policies.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS or HR reporting systems.

Responsabilités

• Compensation Management: salary benchmarking, market pricing, salary structure reviews, and compensation analysis.
• Benefits Administration: coordinate benefits including HMO, life insurance, retirement benefits and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Rewards Programs: design, implement, and review compensation and benefits policies and guidelines.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: prepare compensation reports, salary analyses, and benefits utilization reports.
• Job Evaluation: assist in job evaluation, salary grading, and review of job descriptions.
• Compliance and Governance: ensure processes adhere to policies and labor regulations.
• Employee Support: respond to inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline total rewards processes and improve data accuracy.
• Confidentiality: maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and benefits information.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Total Rewards Specialist to support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role will help ensure internal pay equity, market competitiveness, and effective benefits administration while supporting the organization’s overall rewards strategy.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential employee and salary information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Compensation Management: Support salary benchmarking, market pricing, salary structure reviews, and compensation analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Benefits Administration: Coordinate employee benefits programs, including HMO, life insurance, retirement benefits, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Rewards Programs: Assist in the design, implementation, and review of compensation and benefits policies, programs, and guidelines.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare compensation reports, salary analyses, and benefits utilization reports to support management decisions.
• Job Evaluation: Assist in job evaluation, salary grading, and the review of job descriptions to promote consistency in compensation practices.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compensation and benefits processes adhere to company policies, applicable labor regulations, and established approval workflows.
• Employee Support: Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline total rewards processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience.
• Confidentiality: Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee compensation and benefits information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, total rewards, or a related HR function.
• Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, salary structures, benefits administration, and HR policies.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS or HR reporting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
